We loved the location of this property. We walked everywhere. Staff were amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The place is dated and room size is okay. Walking distance to some sites. The breakfast buffet has few options. The staff were polite and helpful in giving us advice on restaurants and shopping.

The hotel itself is really nice. We loved the pool and the spa staff and reception staff were really friendly and helpful. We had an unfortunate interaction with the restaurant staff on our last night where they kept ignoring us for the entire time and being quite rude, forgetting half our order and only waiting on other tables. Eventually we got up and left as we got tired of waiting for service and it left us quite upset. It was a bit of a hassle trying to get them to honor the expedia 20% off discounts with the VIP access but eventually they did at reception, i feel this was more a lack of communication to the other departments within the hotel. We did have to get up really early for a bus the mornjng we left and they put together breakfast bags for us which was really nice.

We enjoyed our stay..the frontdesk staff was very helpful, very accommodating even the kitchen and service driver. The hotel was clean and provided with toiletries. Two thumbs up.
